  • All Playseat products carry a defect period of 90 days from date of purchase and a manufacturer part warranty of 1 year



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Each Order will be shipped via FedEx Ground within 1-5 business days upon receipt of the order [most orders are processed in 3 days]. Shipment Notification with tracking number will be provided by e-mail once processed. Special/expedited handling services are available, but are subject to any additional fees involved [*please contact us for a courtesy quote for any expedited shipping services]. For expedited handling, these orders need to be received/approved by 10am PST [especially for orders involving same day processing requests] – additionally, availability of these services are subject to Playseat America holiday and office schedule as well.

    Delivery Signature will be required unless requested otherwise by the customer (customer will then assume liability of any lost or stolen shipments as a result). *Customer also assumes liability for any additional charges for having to “re-deliver” product when customers are not available to sign on initial delivery attempt.

    Orders will be re-credited for the full amount of both the product and any shipping fees incurred if cancellation/return is approved or results from one of the following instances [resulting in cancelation of the sale]:

    (a) The order was canceled by the customer and rejected at time of delivery
    (b) The order was shipped erroneously by Playseats USA.
    (c) The order was Lost in Transit by Playseats Freight Carrier (w/ standard Delivery Signature required).

    At this time, PLAYSEAT USA WEBSHOP ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska*, Hawaii*, Puerto Rico*, Guam*, and the US Virgin Islands* [*Additional S/H Pricing May Apply]. Additionally, PLAYSEAT USA WEBSHOP ships merchandise to Canada* and Mexico*, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • Sales Tax

  • PLAYSEAT USA WEBSHOP charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
